Can items be personalised?Yes, all items can be personalised and this will be shown on the item. If you want something different than what the options show then please contact us and we will try to help!

How much is delivery?Standard delivery is free on all items. Delivery can be upgraded to a 48 hour courier for £3.95

How long should I allow for delivery?We aim to dispatch within 2 days. This can be longer at busier times of the year. If you need the item quicker than that please contact me and we will try to accommodate you. After dispatch all items are posted using 1st Class or Royal Mail 24. This can be upgraded to a 48 hour courier at checkout.

Can you deliver direct to the recipient?Yes, please enter the recipients address at the checkout.

How do I pay?Once items are added to cart, go through to checkout and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Paypal.
