Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days (unless specified) however sometimes in especially busy periods it can sometimes take longer.

If you need something urgently please email contact@giftswithatwist.co.uk and we will do our best to make this happen!

Free standard postage is available on all items.

Smaller orders will be dispatched via Royal mail 1st class post, large/heavy orders will be dispatched via a courier.

You can upgrade your delivery to a 48 hour courier (2 working days) for £3.95.

Delivery times apply after the dispatch time.

Return & Exchange Policy

All personalised products are made to order.. because of this we regret we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We can not accept responsibility for errors that you have made when sending personalisation details. If an error has been made in fulfilling your order we will promptly correct or replace the products supplied. If an item arrives damaged please contact us and we will send out a replacement (or refund if applicable).
